You receive a high-resolution digital art file. After checkout, a confirmation email with a secure link is sent to you, and the file is available for download in your Melodynk account dashboard. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Melodynk does not store your card details.

No. All Melodynk products are digital files delivered electronically. No physical print, frame, or canvas is shipped, and no shipping fees or customs charges apply. You download the file and print it yourself.

Immediately after purchase. Your file becomes available as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If it is not there either, contact us and we will send your download access directly.

Each artwork is a high-resolution PNG file. The exact pixel dimensions are listed on each product page (for example, 5400 × 3600 px). Files are delivered without a visible watermark. Each file includes invisible digital protection that helps trace unauthorized copying and does not affect appearance or print quality.

Each product page lists the recommended print sizes for that artwork, typically up to 90 × 60 cm (36 × 24 in). You can print at home or through a professional print service, for your personal use only.

No. Every Melodynk artwork is handmade digital art, created manually by our artists using professional digital art software. AI image generators are not used at any stage.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license. Under this license, you may download the file to your personal devices, keep backup copies for your own use, display the artwork on your screens, and print it for your home, your office, or your workplace. You may also print it on personal items, such as clothing or accessories, as long as those items are for your own use and are never sold. Full details are in our Terms of Use.

Your purchase is a license to use the artwork, not ownership of it. Without prior written permission from Melodynk, you may not:

  • share, upload, or send the file to any other person or platform
  • resell the file, or sell prints, merchandise, or any product that includes the artwork
  • use the artwork for commercial purposes, including branding, advertising, or packaging
  • modify the artwork or present it as your own work
  • create NFTs from the artwork
  • use the artwork to train AI systems
  • remove or alter signatures, notices, or digital protection

Melodynk reserves all rights not expressly granted in the Terms of Use.

Not under the standard license. Displaying your own print in your office or workplace is personal use and is permitted. Any business use, including branding, advertising, products for sale, or decorating customer-facing commercial spaces such as hotels, restaurants, or galleries, requires a separate written commercial license. Contact us through our Contact page to discuss licensing.

You may gift a print, not the file. The digital file is licensed to you personally and may not be transferred, forwarded, or shared. If you want to give the artwork as a gift, print it and give the printed copy.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, refunds and exchanges are not available once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law. If your file is corrupted or defective, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will provide a replacement, restore your access, or issue a refund where appropriate. If you lose access to a purchased file, contact us and we will restore it.
